The Akrapovic EVOLUTION complete exhaust system is the championship winning flagship of our product lines. System is designed for competition-oriented riders who demand maximum performance from their exhaust system. It is made of extremely durable high grade titanium. With production quality, engine performance improvements, weight reduction and modern design satisfies even top pro racers. The system is available with a spark arrester. Our patented additional chamber helps to reduce noise emission and provides better power and torque delivery. For the Evolution system we use titanium tubes and carbon-fiber end cap.

Measurements of the Akrapovic EVOLUTION system on the Husqvarna TE 449 (with muffler insert):

Power & Torque: The Akrapovic Evolution system delivers a performance increase throughout the whole rpm range, with the most notable improvements in the middle range. The systems deliver increased torque through entire power curve, what will additionally help at reducing lap times on the track. Max. increased power of 3 HP was measured at 6650 rpm, while max. power of 49 HP was measured at 9150 rpm.
